What this opportunity is

This opportunity is not set aside for small businesses, and the procurement will follow simplified acquisition procedures. Interested parties can submit capability statements to demonstrate their ability to provide similar services, but this presolicitation notice indicates that YSI, Inc. is currently the only source deemed technically acceptable. Tracking this notice is essential for potential bidders, as no solicitation document exists at this time.
