Nokia Equipment/Software/Services and Vinco Integration Services

STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Objective/Requirements Glenn Research Center (GRC) requires the purchase of hardware, software, and integration services from Vinco Inc., including Nokia 3GPP-compliant equipment and software. The Nokia hardware and software are of the same design/model that the Johnson Space Center (JSC) team of the 3GPP project actively use in their test environment. This system will be integrated into the local GRC GEM testbed to measure how commercially available 3GPP products react to an emulated Lunar environment. 2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs The contractor shall perform the following duties: • Provide the following hardware: o NDAC Micro RRH Kit B41 (qty: 1) o Multi RAT indoor BBU kit(ASOE) (qty: 1) o NDAC Macro Site Power Sol. Distrbd(APAA) (qty: 1) o 4x 1695-2690 MHz 65 HPBW 1x RET (qty: 2) • Provide the following software licenses: o Micro 5G SW Lic p.a. (qty: 1) o Micro 5G SW Maint p.a. (qty: 1) • Provide the following services: o E2E Project Management (qty: 1)  Initial system configuration, integration, and site support • Pack and ship to NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH. GRC GEM Scope: • Furnish the following hardware including associated software, appurtenances, and services: i. N41 RRH, 1 each ii. 4-port antenna, 2 each iii. BBU, 1 each • Integration and setup of radio with existing system. Includes coordination with NOKIA CARES for SW and commissioning files for the radios and BBU 2. Qualifications: • All on-site work can be completed in no more than two (2) mobilizations. • All hardware, cables, connectors, and other required material not listed on BOM to be furnished by NASA. 3. Place of Performance NASA Glenn Research Center ATT: Tristin Pulsipher, BLDG 330, RM 220 21000 Brookpark Rd Cleveland, OH 44135 4. Period of Performance 14 to 22 Weeks ARO Nokia standard shipping lead time is 8 to 16 weeks after receipt of order. Equipment configuration and integration will be completed no later than 6 weeks after Vinco receipt of all Nokia equipment. Equipment will be shipped to Vinco facility for initial configuration and shipped to NASA location for final integration by Vinco technician. -- 2 of 2 --
