Statement of Work NFSR 227 North Fork French Creek Pipe Arch Materials 1. Purpose The USDA Forest Service seeks offers to furnish and deliver one steel structural plate pipe-arch meeting minimum interior dimensions of span ≥16 ft, rise ≥10 ft, and length ≥60 ft to 3838 Cherrywood East Loop, Laramie, WY 82070. 2. Scope Provide all steel materials, hardware, submittals, packaging, transport, and delivery. No installation included. 3. Technical Requirements Product must conform to AASHTO M167 and ASTM A761, zinc-coated after fabrication, 6x2 corrugation, minimum 8-gauge thickness, steel-only. 4. Submittals Shop drawings, material certifications, coating certifications, packing list, and warranty. 5. Delivery FOB Destination to USFS office at 3838 Cherrywood East Loop, Laramie, WY 82070. Notify and arrange delivery 14 days in advance. 6. Inspection & Acceptance USFS will inspect upon delivery. 7. Warranty Standard manufacturer warranty. 8.
