NPSA requires the Plastic Lumber to build three modern traditional Samoan huts. The reason for using this material is due to the tropical weather and exposure to sea breeze. Safety Features • NA Warranty • The proposal and delivered items shall include warranty that this product will not rot, splinter, decay or suffer structural damage directly from termites or fungal decay under normal use. B. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Documentation, Manuals, and Technical Literature The documentation below shall be furnished: • One (1) Operation & Maintenance Manual that includes, but is not limited to, the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) technical literature for all supplied equipment, operator/safety instructions, as- built drawings, and as-built electrical system drawings. • Original Bill of Sale • Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin documents C. DELIVERY INFORMATION Delivery Location • The contractor shall arrange for delivery to the NPSA warehouse. Located in the village of Utulai. • This location does not have an address. The NPSA warehouse is behind the Moris gas station and Pacific Energy fuel tanks. • The contractor shall contact the designated Contracting Officer’s Representative 10 days prior to delivery to coordinate delivery logistics. Delivery Logistics • NPSA staff will be available to help unload items into warehouse. Delivery Term • Delivery shall be made Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. -- 3 of 4 -- Attachment 1 – Specifications Specifications - Page 4 of 4 Special Inspections / Invasive Species Inspection • NA D. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE Inspection • The Contracting Officer’s Representative will inspect the items delivered at the time of delivery. Acceptance • The Government reserves the right to reject all items that do not adhere to these specifications. Any item identified through timely inspection that does not conform to these specifications may be rejected by the Government. The Contractor shall replace all non-conforming items at no cost to the Government. The Government reserves the right to seek consideration from the Contractor for failures to satisfy the requirements established by these specifications. • The Government reserves the right to reject defective items identified through timely inspection.
