Description

PLEASE NOTE: This procurement will be procured under the 8(a) program and only businesses currently enrolled in the 8(a) program shall be considered. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement to maintain the current Common Access Card (CAC) support office on site at the West Bethesda, MD location. The CAC support office allows for all military, civilian, and contractor personnel working on site, or for other DoD/Government agencies, to obtain and maintain their CACs. Services include the issuance of CACs, the return of CACs when personnel are no longer eligible, and trouble shooting (such as PIN resets, CAC renewals, and CAC card replacements when a defective or faulty card is identified). This requirement is for an estimated 5,640 labor hours per year, which is split between two separate labor categories as follows: 1,880 labor hours for Project Manager/Quality Control and 3,760 labor hours for two Site Security Managers/CAC Technicians. This requirement will contain a base year with four option years. This Sources Sought notice includes a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a Market Research Questionnaire. The Government is requesting feedback on draft documents and for market research purposes. Interested parties should respond with a completed Market Research Questionnaire.
