This requirement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis utilizing the following evaluation factors: Technical Acceptability: The government will evaluate descriptive literature, data sheets, or drawings to verify the product meets the standard commercial specifications requested. Past Performance: Evaluated via the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Vendors must have a record of satisfactory performance. Price: The lowest total evaluated price (inclusive of shipping to destination). 5. The contractor shall not initiate any item redesign or incur any additional costs without the express, written authorization of the contracting officer.
