Description

This requirement is for Phased Array Tracking to Intercept of Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Guidance Processor Unit Redesign (GPUR) Seeker Block V (SBV) Flight Test Support. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), LMMFC is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, and full disclosure technical data package (TDP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition.
