Description
This is a solicitation for the Fort Leonard Wood and LORA Paint and Repair Services. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION FOR SEAL BID; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only SDVOSB’s are eligible to
submit offers for this solicitation. The solicitation number is W911S7-26-B-A006, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Bid. The NAICS code is 238320 with a small business size standard of $19M.
Description of Requirement: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, prepare and paint various surfaces - interior and/or exterior, and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached SOW/Specifications in Attachment 1 and the Task List in Attachment 2. This contract will be a delivery/task order style contract. All work required shall be on a requirement basis as directed by the Contracting Officer on a task order. The Contractor will be paid only for actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item.
This is an IDIQ contract for Paint and Repairs for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years). THERE WILL BE NO SITE VISIT HELD FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
**29 July 2026: The purpose of this amendment is to update the wage determination in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination #MO20260019. No questions were submitted during the designated question and answer period for this solicitation.**
** 03 August 2026: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to update Attachment 2 and extend the submission deadline to 18 August 2026. The changes to Attachment 2 are as follows:
1) Updated Task 1 to reference task 15, not task 18.
2) Added legend for unit abbrevations to bottom section of attachment 2. **
