1. Description of Services.
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform Air
Compressor and Dryer System Audit Services at Building 1235, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in
accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and this performance work statement
(PWS).
1.1. Overview of Services. This is a service contract to conduct a comprehensive compressed air system
audit and analysis in Building 1235, Room 11 (East Side Mechanical Room) at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The
facility's primary air compressor and dryer units are currently nonoperational (INOP). The Contractor shall
provide a temporary, operational compressed air source (compressor and dryer package) to support facility
operations during the testing window, collect real-time flow and pressure data, and deliver a data-driven
engineering recommendation for a permanent, code-compliant replacement system. Vendor certification
requirements shall comply with City, State, and Federal ASME Code and OSHA standards / requirements as
necessary.
