2. BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: The Crow Service Unit (CSU) in Crow Agency MT and its
two (2) satellite clinics in Lodge Grass, MT and Pryor MT, require mail delivery postage
services.
3. SCOPE: Postage is required to send out patient mail and other professional
correspondence. The Crow Service Unit has large amounts of outgoing mail on a daily
basis. This mail includes letters, flats, parcel, certified mail, and express mail for patient
appointments, medicine, water tests, credentialing of doctors and billing.
