Description

This public notice is for the urgent acquisition of commercial services and prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 - Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions and FAR Part 6.2 - Other than Full and Open Competition. This notice accomplishes the following: Publicizes the Library's intendt to sole source this requirement to the business listed in the Justification and Approval (JA). Synopsizes the requirements in accordance with the FAR. Publicly posts the approved JA to sole source in advance of award. As a result of this, a second posting is not required after the award is made. Please see the attachments for the full details of the JA and requirement. This is for an award for less than the simplified acquisition threshold.
