Requirement The US FDA, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), Office of Compliance and Biologics Quality (OCBQ), Division of Biological Standards and Quality Control (DBSQC), Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry (LAC) has a requirement for a comprehensive preventive maintenance and unlimited repair agreement for a base plus four (4) option years for an Analytik-Jena TOC Nitrogen Analyzer which is made up of the following modules: 1) Base Unit: Analytik-Jena multi N/C 2100S Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Total Bound Nitrogen (TNb) Analyzer 2) Accessory Module: Solid/Liquid Autosampler and Carrier Gas Conditioning Module for the Analytik-Jena multi N/C system 3) Detection System: Integrated Chemiluminescence Detector (CLD) module for high- sensitivity Nitrogen (TNb) analysis. The instrument was under a maintenance agreement that expired on September 29, 2025, so a new service agreement is needed as soon as possible as this is a critical lab asset that must be maintained in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications to ensure uninterrupted operational performance.
