Description

Scope of Work and Deliverables For 1 Printer/Scanner/Copier & Extended Warranty and Maintenance General: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE) has determined the need to purchase 1 (ea.) printer/scanner/copier for the Mescalero Service Unit DSFC and DEHS. This contract will also include a base year, plus 3-year extended warranty and maintenance plan for the printer/scanner/copier. Location of Work: The installation of this machine and associated maintenance will occur at the following location: Indian Health Service, Mescalero Service Unit Environmental Health Building 436 Mescal Loop Mescalero, NM 88340 Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, administrative support, labor, materials, tools, parts, supplies, equipment and all necessary appurtenances required to provide installation and deployment of one printer/scanner/copier, and provide a base year plus 3-year extended warranty and maintenance plan. The contactor will provide a factory certified technician to provide 6-month service, cleaning, and maintenance of each machine. Total number of service visits will be 8 (2 visits per year x 4 years = 8). The contractor shall also provide no more than 2 on-call service visits to troubleshoot and repair any technical problems in an as-needed basis. Technical Requirements for the printer/scanner/copier: Black & white and color printing ability, 2 sided abilities, letter size and 11x17 Black & white and color copier ability, 2 sided abilities, letter size and 11x17 Color scanning ability, 2-sided abilities, letter size and 11x17 Network connection for the IHS OEHE network Period of Performance: Period of performance will be 1 year plus 3 additional years for extended maintenance. Total contract duration will be 4 years from the NTP date. Base TBD/TBD/2026 - TBD/TBD/2027 OY 1 TBD/TBD/2027 - TBD/TBD/2028 OY 2 TBD/TBD/2028 - TBD/TBD/2029 OY 3 TBD/TBS/2029 - TBD/TBD/2030 Deliverables: Installation and deployment of the printer/scanner/copier at the designated location Every 6-month maintenance visit: Report that provides a summary of maintenance performed, personnel that performed the work, and invoice. Evaluation: The COR will evaluate each 6-month visit to verify personnel on-site as well as maintenance services provided.
