Additional Specifications Must be able to connect to the Office of Research & Development LabLAN network (ONLY NEW iPADs will have this functionality). 4. Submission Instructions To be considered for award, please submit your formal quotation containing the following elements: 1. Itemized Pricing: Clearly break down unit pricing, and shipping fees. 2. Delivery Lead Time: The estimated number of days for delivery after receipt of order (ARO) is 7 days .The supplies requested under this RFQ have a tentative award date of July 3, 2026. Expected Delivery Date will be July 10, 2026. Please indicate within your quotation the capability to meet expected delivery date. Failure to provide capability to meet delivery date will cause your quotation to be removed from the selection process. **All 50 iPads must be delivered by Expected Delivery Date** ** 3. Quote Validity: Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. 4. Warranty: Include details of standard manufacturer warranties. Terms and Conditions • Award Basis: Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable quote, which meets delivery schedule and the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. • Payment Terms: Net 30 days after receipt of goods and a valid invoice. • Tax /Tarriff Exemption: The EPA is a tax-exempt entity; no additional tax or tariff fees shall be added to the quotation. Any quotations that showcase tax and tariff fees will be removed from the solicitation process. • SAM.GOV Status: Vendor Purpose of Registration must showcase All Awards to ensure setup within the EPA invoice system. Vendor service classification must be listed as primary NAICS code 423430.
