* Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt.
* Delivery shall be completed within 2-3 weeks from the issuance of the official Purchase Order.
* Payment terms: Payment will be made within 2–3 weeks upon satisfactory completion of delivery.
* For bids valued at $30,000.00 or above, vendors must possess an active SAM registration.
*The offeror shall also be compliant with NDAA requirements.
