PART 1.0 SPECIFICATIONS GENERAL INFORMATION Scope of Work: Purchase 5 miles of Electrified Turbo Fladry with polyester UV coated 600D fabric with 24” flags, 18” apart. 1.2 Background: The APHIS WS program in Montana requires fladry for wildlife conflict prevention, livestock protection. Invoices shall be submitted electronically to the IPP invoicing system. The invoices shall be submitted in arrears and prepared in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 (g).
