The Department of Defense is establishing a virtual library to support proposal development for the Radford Army Ammunition Plant competition, categorized under NAICS 325920. This opportunity is open to all businesses, as there is no set-aside. Interested firms must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program and have an active DD 2345 to gain access to the library, which requires completing a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Note that this is a presolicitation notice, so firms should track updates rather than submit bids at this stage.
