CUI CUI Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Rapid Severe Weather Protection Shelter (R-SWPS) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for a Rapid Severe Weather Protection Shelter (R-SWPS) for the OAK-1K Skyraider II Aircraft. This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-A-A027, is being issued as a Full and Open Competition Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to the office issuing. By signing, the contractor agrees to provide all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. This single job incorporates one OA-1K Shelter, one shipping container, one battery backup system with a four- hour minimum capacity, one on-site repair kit, one set of installation instructions, two manual or electrically powered main doors, and two personnel doors. All items must be delivered and all services fully completed within 12 weeks from the date of contract award in accordance with the attached SOW.
