Statement of Work Ventrac Tractor KN 4520N Kubota WG972-EFI (FY26) Introduction/Background FEMA/MWEOC is in need of a new Ventrac Tractor KN 4520N Kubota WG972-EFI w/attachments. This Tractor with attachments will be used by Operations and Maintenance personnel throughout the facility to Mow on steep terrain and other various items with attachments as necessary on a daily basis. Scope of Work It is expected that the Government will procure that following the needed services on a firm fixed price basis: • One Ventrac Tractor KN 4520N Kubota WG972-EFI w/ attachments. Period of Performance These items shall be installed for MWEOC no later than 90 days from receipt of this order. Place of Performance Items to be procured will be used within the MWEOC facility (19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Mt. Weather, VA 20135) by O&M division. Work Requirements Tasks include a successful order of the correct necessary items in the capacity that meets the requirement of the Government. Schedule/Milestones Schedule: • Contractor receives awarded contract/purchase order/delivery order from Government • After receipt of awarded purchase order, the items should be delivered in 3 months. Acceptance Criteria MWEOC personnel will ensure the services are fully functional to the necessary and advertised capacity, ensuring that all capabilities necessary for use.
