Contractors are to list when they anticipate when each item can be delivered. A delivery date must be mentioned, or the quote will be deemed incomplete. Factor 3- Price The Government will evaluate offers for award in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.209 and per the requirements of the statement of work, and the Contracting Officer shall determine that the prospective Contractor is responsible and that the prices offered (inclusive of discounts) are reasonable before award of the contract. Basis of Award Quotes received will be evaluated for award in accordance with the Best Value/Tradeoff Process and based on the evaluation factors listed above. The best value is represented by the most advantageous offer, price and other non- price factors. Price is not the determining factor for this requirement. Although price is important it may not result in the best value. Therefore, the best value may not necessarily be the quote offering the lowest price or receiving the highest technical rating. This process permits tradeoffs among price and non-price factors and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest price quote. -- 9 of 12 -- -- 10 of 12 -- -- 11 of 12 -- -- 12 of 12 --
