Subject: Request for Quotation number 19MX5326Q0045 for Kitchen & Bathroom
Restoration for the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quote for Kitchen &
Bathroom Restoration to be installed at one of the US Government’s properties.
The U.S. Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quote conference/site visit to discuss the requirements
of this solicitation on Monday, June 29, 2026. All prospective offerors who have received a
solicitation package are invited to attend. Offerors interested in attending should contact the
Contracts team via e-mail at MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov to receive further
information.
Your quote must be submitted to the address shown on paragraph 3.5 – Submission Date &
Address, under section 3 of the solicitation document, on or before 13:00 hours, Mexico City time
on Monday, July 20, 2026. No offers will be accepted after this time.
For an offer to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

stage of the project.

The U.S. Government intends to award firm fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to
the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible Contractor. The intention to
award the contract will be based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although
discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov by Monday, July 6, 2026, before 13:00 hours
Mexico City time.
In order not to jeopardize the solicitation process, please do not contact any person at the Embassy
other than the Contracting team.
Offerors/Quoters shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at
https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/quote as prescribed under FAR 4.203-1.
Failure to be registered at the time of quote submission shall deem the offeror’s quote to be
considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be
given. Therefore, Offerors/Quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are
interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
