The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quote for Kitchen & Bathroom Restoration to be installed at one of the US Government’s properties. The U.S. Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quote conference/site visit to discuss the requirements of this solicitation on Monday, June 29, 2026. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. Offerors interested in attending should contact the Contracts team via e-mail at MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov to receive further information. Your quote must be submitted to the address shown on paragraph 3.5 – Submission Date & Address, under section 3 of the solicitation document, on or before 13:00 hours, Mexico City time on Monday, July 20, 2026. No offers will be accepted after this time. For an offer to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: Volume Title I • Executed Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer and Award (Construction, Alteration, or Repair) • Completed Section I, Attachment 6 – Payment Registration Form • Completed Section L • Unique Entity ID • CAGE / NCAGE Code • Evidence of Active registration in sam.gov II • Pricing Completed Section A. • Completed Section I, Attachment 2 – Breakdown of Quote Price by Divisions of Specifications. • Completed Section I, Attachment 5 – Quantity Survey. III • Performance schedule in the form of a Gantt Bar Chart clearly stating each stage of the project. • Business Management/Technical Quote. • Completed Section I, Attachment 7 – Safety Management Plan -- 1 of 2 -- 2 The U.S. Government intends to award firm fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible Contractor. The intention to award the contract will be based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
