P-310 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Carson intends to award a Firm- Fixed-Price Contract to a total small business set-aside for the acquisition of the RNEC FI-MUE PCMS ((Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site) BLDG. P-310 at Model, CO 81059. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS Code: 335910, Battery Manufacturing, size standard 1250 Employees. This will be a totally small business set aside. The Product Service Code (PCS) is for Service J059 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components and for Product 6140 Batteries Rechargeable. This contract is being solicitated for: Period of Performance for Installation from 15 July 2026 to 31 January 2027. The site visit is scheduled for 11:30 AM MDT on 24 June 2026 at Building P-310 at Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site (See PCMS - Attachment 3a. Contractors can drive straight to PINON CANYON MANEUVER SITE near Trinidad, Colorado. DO NOT go to Fort Carson. All questions must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM MDT on 29 June 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform replacement of batteries as defined in this PWS.
