This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation.
The quotes shall refer to the solicitation number W911RZ-26-Q-A020. This solicitation document
incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAC #
2026-01, dated 03/13/2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-
Fixed-Price Contract to a total small business set-aside for the acquisition of the RNEC FI-MUE
PCMS ((Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site) BLDG. P-310 at Model, CO 81059. See Performance
Work Statement (PWS) for details. The North American Industrial Classification System
(NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS Code: 335910, Battery Manufacturing, size
standard 1250 Employees. This will be a totally small business set aside. The Product Service
Code (PCS) is for Service J059 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Electrical
and Electronic Equipment Components and for Product 6140 Batteries Rechargeable.
This contract is being solicitated for: Period of Performance for Installation from 15 July 2026 to
31 January 2027.

The site visit is scheduled for 11:30 AM MDT on 24 June 2026 at
Building P-310 at Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site (See PCMS - Attachment
3a. Contractors can drive straight to PINON CANYON MANEUVER
SITE near Trinidad, Colorado. DO NOT go to Fort Carson. All questions
must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM MDT on 29 June 2026.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools,
materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform
replacement of batteries as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall meet the standards in this
contract.
