DUE TO A DELAY IN FUNDING, WINNING VENDORS ON THIS NOTICE ID GAVE NOTICE THAT THE COST OF THE ROTARY MOWER IN THERE QUOTES HAD RISEN. AMENDED SO WE CAN RESOLICITE FOR 3 DAYS. PREVIOUS CONTRACT AMOUNT WAS ZEROED OUT
