Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

will not be issued.

• Features: 1/16" PTFE cladding 180° on Top & Side seals, VOSB molded corners, hot factory vulcanize spliced to
size.
S354 Gate Seals (Qty 2):
• Configuration: Rectangular assembly (24ft 2" W x 8ft 9-5/8" H).
• Top/Side Seals: Molded J-Bulb 1-3/4" Dia Bulb x 9/16" Tail x 5" OAW.
• Bottom Seal: Molded Flat Seal 1" Thk x 4" OAW.
• Features: 1/16" PTFE cladding 180° on Top & Side seals, VOSB molded corners, hot factory volcanize spliced to
size.
Execution, Packaging & Logistics
• Packaging & Shipping: All finished seals must be securely packed and shipped in wooden crates to prevent
damage during transit. The integrity of the seals must be maintained throughout the transportation process.
• Fabrication Constraint: Seals are to be supplied without bolt holes. The vendor must adhere strictly to this
constraint to avoid rendering the assemblies unusable upon delivery.
• Reference Prints: USACE will supply detailed drawings/prints to the selected vendor for reference to guarantee
accurate molding and splicing.
