STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Objective/Requirements The NASA Glenn Research Center requires the purchase of a Scanivalve Pressure Calibrator. 2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs LINE PART NO. REF: Sales Dwg 80068-01 1 System shall support the following pressure controller/ calibrator: Scanivalve SPC4050 with the following salient specifications: • ChA and ChB transducers - IS-33, 0.008% FS Accuracy • Internal barometer channel • Channel A: Low Pressure Servo Regulator (LPSVR) Transducer 1: 5psig (Cal 5.75psig) • Transducer 2: 15psig (Cal 17psig) • Channel B: Medium Pressure Servo Regulator (MPSVR) Transducer 1: 50psig (Cal 56psig) • Transducer 2: 100psig (Cal 115psig) • Removeable/ Interchangeable transducers -- 1 of 2 -- • Color touch screen • Used for automated DSA5002 calibrations • Bench or rack-mount System shall support the following pneumatic logic unit: Scanivalve SPC4050PLU-2 Pneumatic Logic Unit with the following salient specifications: • 2 – channel, 90 psi control pressure • Positive or below atmospheric (vacuum) calibrations • Zero offset correction logic • Leak and response testing on pressure scanners System shall support the following pneumatic distribution panel: Scanivalve 70380-02 Pneumatic Distribution Panel with the following salient specifications: • 2 – channel, 90 psi control pressure • Provides all necessary supply and control pressure to SPC4050 and SPC4050PLU-2 System shall support the following portable calibration unit/ case: Scanivalve 73680 4-range Portable Calibration System with the following salient specifications: • SPC4050 installed • SPC4050PLU-2 installed • 70380-02 installed • Durable case for the above items to allow for ease of transport • Protection for sensitive instrumentation in transit Warranty: The vendor shall provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year following completion of work. Any nonconformities identified by NASA as defects in materials and workmanship from the original delivery shall be handled as Non- Conforming Deliverables as described above. 3.
