The Selective Service System (SSS) is hereby posting a solicitation for the Website Modernization Project.
This solicitation is issued as a commercial product and commercial service acquisition pursuant to FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract using negotiated procurement procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.
Offerors shall submit proposals in accordance with the instructions contained in the solicitation, including the addenda to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the addenda to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined to be in the Government's best interest. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms in their initial proposal.
This solicitation is the only request for proposals. Accordingly, a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation was developed following market research previously conducted under SAM.gov Notice ID RFI 90MC00_0002, and information obtained through market research that was considered in the development of this requirement.
