Catering of Event
1. SCOPE
In 2026, the US Navy will join America’s 250th birthday celebration, highlighting our critical role in defending the Nation and ensuring global maritime security. The pinnacle event, International Naval Review (INR) 250, hosted in the Port of New York and New Jersey, will gather ships, aircraft, and personnel from over 130 invited navies and coast guards. This historic gathering will also feature more than 30 tall ships from around the globe alongside key maritime partners, including merchant marine, USG, Army Corps of Engineers and NOAA amongst others.

5. Food & Beverages
5.1 The cater shall provide catered foods and beverages (including alcohol) starting at the requested time, for 300 guests.
5.2 Food shall include, but not be limited to: Dessert station, Bar snacks, etc. Food shall include gluten free, nut free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian selections. A menu for food selection shall be provided in advance, to the Government representative for food selection.
5.3 Beverages shall include coffee, tea, water; and shall include a full open alcohol bar. Ice shall be provided.
5.4 The cater shall provide all plates, and other tossware for the stations. No china or glassware are to be used.
5.6 The cater shall provide a set up diagram to the government for approval, 14 days prior to the event.
5.5 The cater shall provide florals (3 large and 2 medium) for bars located at the café, central bar and terrace bars.
5.6 The cater shall provide service linens, stations, votive candles, and bar screens.
5.7 The cater shall provide all delivery and pick up services, including set up of stations.
Customer Service
The club will execute smartly in directing guests to the correct location of above event. All services shall be performed in a professional manner consistent with catering a prestigious event, Nasdaq Marketplace standards (holding a Michelin-Star), commercial conference facility standards and in accordance with the terms of the contract awarded.
10. Cancellation/Changes
The Government reserves the right to cancel the events at no cost, provided that such cancellations are communicated in writing by the Contracting Officer to the Contractor/Club Manager or their designated representative no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
The Government reserves the right to make changes no later than 5 days prior to reduce the total number of guests, but will not exceed the total number of guests listed in Deliverables. The Government shall not be charged for the reduced number of guests after advance notice.
