Performance Work Statement New York Yacht Club (NYYC) 02 July 2026 - 07 July 2026 1. SCOPE In July 2026, the US Navy will join America’s 250th birthday celebration, highlighting our critical role in defending the Nation and ensuring global maritime security. The pinnacle event, International Naval Review (INR) 250, hosted in the Port of New York and New Jersey, will gather ships, aircraft, and personnel from over 130 invited navies and coast guards. This historic gathering will also feature more than 30 tall ships from around the globe alongside key maritime partners, including Coast Guard, Merchant Marines, Army Corps of Engineers, and NOAA amongst others. This requirement is sole source requirement for multiple events at the New York Yacht Club to host distinguished guests for discussions that will advance critical US objectives driving toward Combined lethality while international partners convene to celebrate America’s 250th birthday. 2. Food & Beverages Only select events above will serve alcohol. The Government Representative shall confirm alcohol events 10 days prior to execution. The Government will not incur any alcohol beverage charges for non-alcohol events. The club will provide a menu in advance for breakfast(s) and lunch to the Government representative for approval prior to executing the meals. Beverages for meals and light refreshments will include coffee, tea, and water. On 5 July, there are three meals – breakfast, brunch, and lunch – scheduled back to back. Preference for the brunch is in Ward Room. If it is not possible to reset the room quickly in between meetings, NYYC may schedule at its discretion breakfast and/or lunch in the Commodore’s Room to facilitate high-end service. When Ward Room is rented, request a temporary partition be placed on the balcony to separate the meeting space from the guest lodging. Customer Service The club will execute smartly in directing guests to the correct location of above events. All services shall be performed in a professional manner in accordance with commercial practices for prestigious events and the terms of the contract awarded. Cancellation/Changes The Government reserves the right to cancel the events at no cost, provided that such cancellations are communicated in writing by the Contracting Officer to the Contractor/Club Manager or their designated representative no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. The Government reserves the right to make changes in the total number of guests in the listed above events no later than 5 days prior to reduce or increase the total number of guests.
