Statement of Work (SOW)
PROJECT TITLE: Bobcat compact articulated Loader Purchase
BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: Purchase Bobcat L28 Small Articulated Loader, The Bobcat loader will assist us in snow removal in the winter months which is our biggest safety hazard at the service unit. The attachments are a bucket/plow and a sweeper for snow and sidewalks maintenance. We will also need an attachment for mowing grass in the summer. We can use the fork attachment to load and unload trucks for the supply department. Our current Bobcats are a 1996 model and 2000 model they are old and we are no longer able to keep them running safely due to age and lack of parts available for them
SCOPE: Purchase Bobcat L28 Small Articulated Loader, follow all contracting guidelines to acquire equipment for facility
APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: Equipmnet will be used to ensure patient and employee safety can be accomplished in a safe efficient manner
TASKS: The Contractor shall provide
purchase new equipment
Deliver Equipment to FT Belknap Health Center Harlem Monata
Preventative maintenance of item Bobcat Loader in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer schedule
Onsite training on the proper use of item Bobcat Loader upon installation and on an annual basis to be scheduled with Service Unit TPOC
DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Deliver 30 days after award of contract
Delivery of equipment shall be in accordance with the contract documents listed
Delivery location to 669 Agency Main Street, Harlem, MT 59526
