Statement of Work (SOW) for Relocation and Installation Services:
OVERVIEW
Dispatch Consoles:
1. Relocate (1) Dispatch Console from Master Site to Building 1158
2. Relocate (1) Dispatch Console from Building 845 to Building 1158
3. Once the Command Post is operational with (2) Dispatch Consoles, then relocate (1)
Dispatch Console from 845 to the Master Site. Remove LMR ring infrastructure, switch,
media convertors, etc.
4. Furnish and install network/jumper cables as required
Desktop Remotes:
1. Install (2) MCD5000’s inside the CAT – connected to the existing LMR Consolettes
2. Install (2) MCD5000’s inside the Command Post – connected to the existing LMR
Consolettes
3. Furnish and install network/jumper cables as required
∙ All LMR connectivity/date ports will be ran by the contractor performing the remodel to the
Communications Room where the LMR ring/switch and consolettes are collocated ∙ Furnish
and install grounding to connect to customer furnished single point ground
Vendors’s Responsibilities:
1. Perform testing and optimization of equipment
2. Administer safe work procedures
3. Ensure the proper disposal of all debris generated from activities
4. Perform the installation being purchased under this quotation
5. Perform all work and tasks required according to manufacturers’ recommendations
during installation

Peterson SFB Responsibilities:
1. Provide all authorizations to perform the installation services
2. Obtain and provide all approvals, permits, and agreements as required at all sites and
locations
3. Provide site access and escort as required, in a timely manner during normal work hours
4. Provide adequate space for equipment to be installed, garage space will need to be
provided if necessary
5. Provide primary electrical power at site(s)
6. Provide connectivity and connections at the equipment location(s)
7. Provide Point of Contact to monitor and answer questions related to project 8.
Proved that all radio equipment is programmed prior to the installation 9. Sign
“Installation Completion Form” upon satisfactory completion of project
