Provide all materials (excluding Government Furnished Material), labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish work installing, replacing, or removing ATON structures in the Columbia River Area. Bidders shall hold pricing for 120 days after close of bidding period. Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures. See appendix A, appendix B, and this specification for scope requirements. 2. ATON structure fabrication. 3. Surveying of completed range structures to ensure proper positioning. 1.02 CONTRACT SCHEDULE: A. Structures will be constructed within in-water work window limitations. The in water work windows applicable to this project are as follows: 1. Columbia River: 01 November – 28 February 1.03 BASE BID ITEMS: The following items comprise the base bid of this project. Specific details of the base bid items are detailed in Appendix A and Appendix B. The following ten (10) items make up BASE CLIN 0001: A. Stevenson Lower RR LT (LLNR 11830): Demolish & replace w/ epoxy coated 4-pile 10x10 platform with 7x7 tower. Install dayboards, light, safety climbing device, and ladder components in accordance with drawings 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, 8-4, 8-5, 8-6, 8-7, 8-8, 12-3, 12-4, 14-1, 11-1. B.
