If Honeywell intends to submit an IUID waiver request, this needs to be submitted as soon as possible. In the event the proposal is received without pricing for IUID or a previously approved waiver the proposal will be deemed inadequate.
Proposal submission must include a simulated delivery schedule in Microsoft Project or Excel and based upon actual lead time/days after contract award until first delivery and subsequent manufacturing capacity.
This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to award NSN 2840-01-392-1282, against Honeywell BOA SPE4A1-22-G-0014. All terms and conditions of your proposal must be in accordance with those of SPE4A1-22-G-0014 and will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on the SAM.gov website for viewing by the general public.
