STATEMENT OF WORK E‑3 Component Test Bed – Hardware Procurement 1. Objective / Requirements This procurement provides components required to complete the E‑3 Component Test Bed build- out at NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC). This procurement is hardware acquisition only. No installation, fabrication, testing, or system integration services are required. 2. Scope The contractor shall supply and deliver the full bill of materials (BOM) listed in Section 4. All components must be delivered new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. This SOW includes: • Supply of all valves, regulators, gauges, digital instrumentation, filters, check valves, and specialty hardware • Delivery to NASA Stennis Space Center • Verification that all items meet manufacturer specifications and pressure ratings • No substitutions permitted (Brand Name Justification accompanies this package) This procurement does not include: • Installation • Tubing or piping fabrication • On‑site assistance • System checkout or commissioning 3. General Requirements All supplied hardware shall: • Match the exact part numbers and quantities specified • Arrive itemized and labeled for receipt inspection Each valve shall include one (1) corresponding spare softgoods kit to support maintenance, refurbishment, and long-term operability. Softgoods Requirement All valves provided under this contract shall include one (1) OEM-approved spare softgoods kit per valve. Spare softgoods are required to support scheduled maintenance intervals, corrective rebuilds, and configuration control of pressure-containing hardware. The softgoods kits shall be identical to those used during manufacturing and must match the exact valve model and revision. Substitution of non-OEM softgoods is not permitted 6. Deliverables Delivery of all hardware items listed in Section 4 and 5.
