Background: The FEMA Manufactured Housing Storage Site (MHSS) located in Selma, Alabama has an inventory up to or over one thousand Temporary Transportable Housing Units (TTHUs), consisting of 1,2,3, BR Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs) and Travel Trailers (TT) and other emergency supplies requiring heavy equipment to move. To safely move the heavier new universal 3 BR MHU, the site requires a tractor that rates a minimum of 145 horsepower. Our operations regularly require moving the 3BR MHUs—heavy, large-footprint structures that push well beyond the capacity of our existing tractor inventory. Objective: To purchase Four (4) new replacement Tractors. B. Scope of Work: Procurement and delivery F.O.B Destination of four (4) new or like new Tractors that meet or exceed the included specifications. Warranty: -- 1 of 2 -- Purchase Order #XXXXXXXXXXX 2 Each reach Tractor will come with a minimum 12-month full warranty, and 36-month powertrain warranty. D. Delivery Schedule: The period of performance is ninety (90) days from time of award. E.
