These discs have a shallow face to prevent compaction layers, and high-tensile steel arms offer maximum flow-
through with triple the spring-back of regular mild steel. The arm-style deflector redistributes soil from the front
discs to the rear, ensuring no ridges or grooves are left. It can be adjusted up/down, in/out, forward/rearward in
six ways.
With an average per-foot weight of nearly 1,000 lbs., mechanical plates swivel to adjust cutting depth in 1/2-inch
intervals, providing a simple and reliable system. The hydraulic jack, centered on the machine, offers perfect
balance and stability, easily controllable by one operator for any vehicle height.
Knurled grip couplers are ergonomic and color-coded, making hydraulic routing easy to identify. Hydraulic
hoses are neatly tucked into color-coded slots when not in use, and the user manual is accessible and
protected from damage.
The roll-forward frame design allows operators to rotate the frame and rear disc sections off the ground,
facilitating maneuverability in wet conditions. This, along with high-flotation tires, enables the operator to

rephasing technology and induction-hardened rods for durability. Self-lubricated bushings eliminate metal
contact, providing excellent friction properties without external lubrication.
A bushing seal with a wiper edge removes tough dirt and contaminants, keeping the system clean and
efficient. Maintenance-free disc bearings, with long-life double-row angular contact ball bearings, offer
reliable operation without the need for greasing.
Oversized electroless nickel-plated pins, measuring 2” - 2.5” in diameter, provide robustness without welds.
Double V Notch blades made from high-quality boron and medium-carbon steel undergo a patented heat-
treatment process, enhancing their durability by 20% compared to competitors.
The LSTX 590 Otico roller, with its unique corrugated ridge profile, manages moisture and prevents soil
erosion across various soil types. Featuring a strong scraper system, it ensures minimal maintenance and
maximizes performance.
