Purpose: Deadwater Bridge will be removed and culverts will be installed in its place. Road material placed
on top.
Contractor Qualifications: Contractor should have the ability to haul and unload large culverts.
2. Period of Performance:
Project will begin in Summer 2026 and end in Fall 2026. Product must be delivered by Wednesday, July 01,
2026.
Inclement weather may limit access to job site. Please call ahead to ensure location is not closed because of
flooded roads.
Normal duty hours Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. In the event of emergencies, Contractor shall
provide contact information.
Nonduty hours include week nights, weekends, and Government holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther
King JRs Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
