STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
I INTRODUCTION
SCOPE
The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services for conducting annual and triennial testing for
UT-4, UT-5, UT-41, and UT-42 Underground Storage Tanks (USTs). Annual leak detection
equipment operability testing and triennial testing of overfill prevention equipment, spill buckets, and
sumps are required for USTs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. UT-4 and UT-
5 are located at Building 38 while UT-41 and UT-42 are located at Building 80 at Defense Supply
Center Richmond (DSCR).
