Annual leak detection equipment operability testing and triennial testing of overfill prevention equipment, spill buckets, and sumps are required for USTs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. UT-4 and UT- 5 are located at Building 38 while UT-41 and UT-42 are located at Building 80 at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR).
