accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 –

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to
perform restroom renovation services within a warehouse facility. Work includes, but is not
limited to, demolition of existing fixtures and finishes; installation of plumbing fixtures,
ventilation systems, and minor electrical components; installation of restroom accessories;
painting and finish work; and all incidental work required to provide a complete and fully
functional restroom.
Work will be performed within an occupied Government facility, and the Contractor shall
coordinate all work with Government personnel to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
The period of performance shall be 45 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed
(NTP).
Quotes are due no later than June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time. E-mail submissions
must be received and determined to be virus-free prior to submission. The Government requires
that quotes remain valid for 60 calendar days from the date of submission.

SCOPE OF WORK
Warehouse restroom remodel
Work is located at the USACE New Orleans District Facility located at 7400 Leake Ave, New
Orleans, LA. Building 816
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The scope of work listed is for both restrooms in the office as well as the one in the main
warehouse.
Install new plumbing fixtures
Install new restroom accessories (paper towel dispensers, toilet paper holders)
Replace ceiling tiles
Install new exhaust fans with LED light
Remove unused wall-mounted objects
Patch, prime, and paint walls with two coats
Replace switches and cover plates with white devices
Install new vanity cabinet with sink
Replace both water fountains with internal filters
HOURS OF WORK:
The Corps Hours are Monday through Friday from 0600 until 1800 hours. Technicians will report
to facility during normal work hours
ON-PREMISE REQUIREMENTS:
All contractor and all associated sub-contractor’s employees shall comply with applicable
installation, facility local security policies and procedures. The contractor shall also provide all
information required for background checks or background investigation and to meet
installation/facility access requirements to be accomplished by District Security Office.
Contractor workforce must comply with all personal identity verification requirements as
directed by local policy. In addition to the changes otherwise authorized by the changes clause of
this contract, should the Force Protection Condition (FPCON) at any installation or facility
change, the Government may require changes in contractor security matters or processes.
Suspicious Activity Reporting Training: The contractor and all associated sub-contractors shall
receive a brief/training (provided by the MVN Security Office) on the local suspicious activity
reporting program. This locally developed training will be used to inform employees of the
types of behavior to watch for and instruct employees to report suspicious activity to the project
manager, security representative or law enforcement entity. This training shall be completed
within 30 calendar days of contract award and within 30 calendar days of new employees
commencing performance with the results reported to the COR NLT 5 calendar days after the
completion of the training.
Pre-screen candidates using E-Verify Program: The Contractor must pre-screen Candidates
using the E-verify Program (http://www.uscis.gov/e-verify) website to meet the established
employment eligibility requirements. The Vendor must ensure that the Candidate has two valid
forms of Government issued identification prior to enrollment to ensure the correct information
