1 SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Uniform Supply – Ceremonial Belts The United States Space Force Honor Guard 4 MAY 2026 -- 1 of 3 -- 2 1.0 BACKGROUND 1.1 The U.S. Space Force (USSF) Honor Guard, located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., has a requirement for ceremonial belts as part of the performance uniform for all ceremonial missions as outlined in HGMAN 34-515 for all members in various ceremonial positions. These belts are a mandatory compliance item used for ceremonies at high-visibility locations throughout the National Capital Region, National publicized events like televised concerts, sporting events, and international ceremonies. Failure to obtain this item will force mission failure in ensuring Guardian representation to the American public and the world during high-vis ceremonies and diplomatic engagements. 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 The contractor shall provide 200 ceremonial belts to The United States Space Force Honor Guard, 48 Brookley Ave SW, Washington, D.C. 20032. 3.0 SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS 3.1 Ceremonial belts will: 3.1.1 Be produced utilizing approved The Institute of Heraldry Space Force thread colors: Midnight Blue (Hex#00263A) and Victory Medal Blue (color# 67174). 3.1.1.1 Midnight Blue (Hex#00263A) is the main body belt color. 3.1.1.2 Victory Medal Blue trim (color# 67174) is on the top and bottom of the belt. 3.1.2 Belt buckle is one solid metal piece with a mirror finish and the Delta, Globe, and Orbit emblem is raised from the buckle surface with no stamp marks on the back of the belt. 3.1.2.1 Buckle must have a retention system to keep the belt together and maintain tightness. 4.0 DELIVERY 4.1 Belts will be individually packed a sample belt must be provided before the initial order, enabling the government to inspect its compliance with all specified requirements. Lastly, delivery of scope of work must happen by 18 June 2026 5.0 QUANTITY 5.1 This contract will be a one-time order for 200 ceremonial belts. 6.0 TECHNICAL POINT OF CONTACT (ON-SITE) 6.1 Resource Advisor, Operations NCOIC, Operations Flight Chief, Operations Superintendent, and Plans & Programs Superintendent of the United States Space Force Honor Guard in Washington DC will be the points of contact. 7.0 SCHEDULE 7.1 Delivery date and time for each order shall be coordinated with the Technical Point of Contact noted in section 6.0 on a case-by-case basis. 8.0 ACCEPTANCE PLAN 8.1 Work will be reviewed by the TPC or their designated individual(s). The TPC has the responsibility for the government Inspection and Acceptance (I&A) at the places of performance. -- 2 of 3 -- 3 9.0 CONSISTENCY WITH EXISTING STOCK 9.1 Due to the high visibility nature of the Space Force Honor Guard’s mission, ceremonial belts must exactly match the specifications, material, form, function, and look of the US Space Force ceremonial belt in paragraph 9.2. 9.1.1 Victory Medal Blue trim (color# 67174) must match Aiguillette (Shoulder Cord) already procured from Vanguard Military Store. 9.2 Pictures Provided for Reference: -- 3 of 3 --
