1.0 BACKGROUND
NOAA’s Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) requires one (1) new aluminum boat
trailer to custom fit and haul a Dusky 28 XL boat. The primary function of the vessel is to
perform duties associated with sanctuary research and monitoring efforts along the Florida Keys
reef tract.
2.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The contractor shall deliver specific items to the NOAA Delivery Address listed in Section 4.0.
Alternatively, items may be made available for pickup at contractor’s facility, provided it is
located within 150 miles of the specified NOAA Delivery Address listed in Section 4.0. All
items shall be new and delivered without defect. Contractor shall notify NOAA’s Technical Point
of Contact, listed in Section 5.0 of this document, at least one week prior to shipping these items
or when items are available at contractor’s facility for pick-up.
3.0 DELIVERABLES

The period of performance for this contract shall not exceed 60 calendar days from the date of
award.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery shall be made to NOAA FKNMS Key West office (address listed below), or at the
contractor’s facility for pickup within 150 miles of the NOAA FKNMS Key West office.

The TPOC or delegate monitors all technical aspects of the contract and assists in purchase
order administration. The TPOC is authorized to perform the following functions: assure the
contractor performs the technical requirements of the purchase order; perform inspections

necessary in connection with purchase order performance; maintain written and oral
communications with the contractor concerning technical aspects of the purchase order; issue
written interpretations of technical requirements; monitor contractor's performance and notify the
Contracting Officer, GCP and contractor of any deficiencies; provide site entry of contractor
personnel. The TPOC is not authorized to change any of the terms and conditions of the
resulting purchase order.
IT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
The Certification and Accreditation (C&A) requirements of 48 CFR 1352.239-73 do not apply,
and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. The Contractor will not be accessing US
government computers or IT systems for this effort. The Contractor will not be accessing any
information that is not within the public domain for this effort. The contractor will not be
processing, transmitting or storing privileged access information (i.e., non-public) in carrying out
the tasks of this contract.
