Any damage to such elements shall be repaired by the Contractor at no expense to the Government. 1.4 WORK PHASES A. The Work shall be conducted in a single phase. 1.5 TESTING AGENCY: A. Provide independent testing agencies as required by the state building code and local authorities. 1.6 CODES A. Perform all Construction in conformance with the building and design codes referenced in these documents. The project documents refer to the following codes and standards: 1. International Building Code, 2024 Edition 1.7 CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE A. General: Contractor shall have partial use of the site for construction operations during the construction period.
