TO ENSURE PROPER CONTINUITY OF THE DESIGN REVIEW PROCESS, FOLLOW-ON EFFORT BY THIS KEY CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED. AEROSPACE CORPORATION SHALL PROVIDE TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP AS CO-CHAIR (WITH NASA GSFC CODE 300 AND GOES-R TECHNICAL STAFF) TO SPACECRAFT AND INSTRUMENT IIRTS FOR KEY MILESTONE REVIEWS AND APPROPRIATE BOX LEVEL AND SOFTWARE REVIEWS DURING THE 2012 AND 2013 TIMEFRAME. TRAVEL TO AND FROM AEROSPACE CORPORATION FACILITIES AND ALL GOES-R MEETING LOCATIONS IS AUTHORIZED AND INCLUDED IN THIS TASKING. AEROSPACE CORPORATION SHALL PROVIDE DETAILED INPUT TO CODE 300 REVIEW TEAM CHAIRMAN S REPORT WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER EACH REVIEW SUPPORTED IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL THEN PROVIDE A TIMELY JOINT IIRT BRIEFING TO THE GOES-R PROGRAM OFFICE AT A LOCATION OF MUTUAL CONVENIENCE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER EACH REVIEW SUPPORTED.
