ASSESS, CATALOG AND TRACK SSC TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE ASSESSMENT, CONSULTATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING STRATEGIES TO BE UTILIZED IN EARLY STAGE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. ASSESS THE APPLICABILITY OF EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES OR TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS UTILIZED BY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR COMMERCIAL ENTITIES, WHICH MAY PROVIDE THE NEEDED TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT TO SSC PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES. TASK 2 PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES COORDINATE CONDUCT HIGH LEVEL EVALUATIONS OF PROPOSED TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES ASSIST IN THE IDENTIFICATION AND SOLICITATION OF TECHNICAL PERSONNEL TO PARTICIPATE IN DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES ANDOR PROVIDE TECHNICAL INPUT AND ADVICE. CONDUCT ONGOING IN-DEPTH ASSESSMENTS OF ALL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM/PROJECTS AS IT RELATES TO PERFORMANCE, REPORTING, RESULTS VALIDATION AND DOCUMENTATION. TASK 3 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER ACTIVITIES CONDUCT INTERNAL REVIEWS AND ASSESSMENTS OF SSC INNOVATIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THESE TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS AS WELL AS ANY LEGAL PROTECTIONS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED. REVIEW AND ASSESS IDENTIFIED EXTERNAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AS WELL AS THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES OFFERED BY POTENTIAL PARTNERS FOR USE DELIVERABLES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AGREED UPON DATES 2.
