This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S9J-26-Q-0003 is issued as a request for quotation. The 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, WV is requesting a quote for the purchase of two air compressors to include refrigerated dryer equipment, commissioning and startup, and removal of old compressor and dryer. This requirement is being requested at the lowest price technically acceptable. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed below. Performance Requirements  Compressor Type — Oil-injected Rotary Screw (Reciprocating/piston type unacceptable for this facility's continuous demand).  CFM Output — Minimum 140.7 ACFM @ 115 PSI.  Operating Pressure — Continuous duty capable, max full flow pressure of 125 PSI.  Duty Cycle — 100% continuous duty cycle required.  Horsepower — 30 HP premium efficiency motor (min 91.7% efficiency).  Air Quality — Must include matched refrigerated dryer and filtration to meet ISO 8573-1 Class 2.  Airend Profile — Must utilize a precision-machined, asymmetrical rotor profile designed specifically for continuous heavy-duty industrial use to maximize energy efficiency.  Oil Carryover Limit — Must utilize a multi-stage fluid separation system ensuring maximum fluid carryover does not exceed 2 ppm (parts per million). 2. Electrical Requirements  Voltage — 460-480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz.  Starter Type — Wye-Delta reduced voltage starter required to ensure low starting current and smooth acceleration. 3. Mechanical & Physical Requirements  Tank Capacity — Minimum 240-gallon vertical ASME-rated tank (min 200 PSI rating).  Cooling System — Radial cooling fan creating cabinet vacuum, featuring parallel cooling zones for motor and coolers to prevent preheating.  Noise Level — ≤ 71 dB(A) at 1 meter in accordance with ISO 2151.  Enclosure — Fully enclosed in a heavy-duty, powder-coated, sound-dampening cabinet.  Drive System — Must utilize a premium V-belt drive system equipped with an automatic belt tensioning device.  Cabinet Filtration — Enclosure intake vents must be equipped with washable environmental filter mats. 4. Operational & Safety Requirements  Controller System — PC-based microprocessor controller with RFID-secured interface, fault logging, and network integration capabilities.  Automatic Drain — Zero-loss electronic drain on dryer/tank required.  Safety Valves & Alarms — ASME-certified pressure relief valve; automatic shutdown alarms for high temperature, low oil, and overpressure.  Mounting — Must include heavy-duty vibration-isolating mounting hardware and be properly floor-mounted per manufacturer specs. CLIN 0002 Refrigerated Air Dryer  Filtration Array: Must include staged inline pre-filters (particulate) and fine-filters (coalescing) strictly matched to the dryer capacity to achieve ISO 8573-1 Class 2 air quality.  System must include a matched high-efficiency refrigerated air dryer capable of maintaining a strict 38°F (3°C) pressure dew point at maximum CFM load. -- 2 of 11 -- 3 of 11  Moisture evacuation to feature electronic, zero-loss eco-drains on both the air receiver tank and the refrigerated dryer.  Minimum 240-gallon vertical air receiver. Must be ASME-certified and stamped for a minimum working pressure of 200 PSI. CLIN 0003 and 0004 Installation shall consist of both air compressors by licensed professionals and required equipment provided by the contractor for the removal and installation processes. Commissioning and start up will consist of one air compressor. The contractor shall provide licensed professionals and equipment to remove the current air compressor and refrigerated dryer. The existing in-line filter shall remain intact along with copper piping. Contractor is responsible for disposing of the equipment.
