137th SOW Family Zoo After Dark

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and any additional written solicitation will not be issued. Further evaluation and award consideration will be based on lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The 137th SOW at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is preparing to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a vendor for Event Coordination Services for OKC ZOO After Dark Event on Friday, 4 September 2026 from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM CDT. This is the mandatory date and location in addition the contractor will carry the expense of the event until final acceptance is made by the Government upon the events conclusion. Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
