Statement of Work (SOW) for Replacement of Damaged Parking Lot Canopy – One Time Purchase Department of Homeland and Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) PART 1: GENERAL 1.1 BACKGROUND The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to replace 8 parking shades to provide protection for personal vehicles and some government vehicles during extreme weather events. Since FEMA is tasked with responding to disasters with minimal launch time, it is always essential that FEMA equipment has protection during disaster operations and severe weather events. This purchase will maintain their operational readiness and an efficient work environment. 1.2 SCOPE FEMA is pursuing a one-time purchase for the installation and acquisition of 8 parking shades. 1.3 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance shall be within 120 days of the award. PART 2: SPECIFIC TASKS 2.1 SERVICE COMPONENTS AND DELIVERY LOCATION The breakdown of delivery quantities per location is as follows: Location Item Description Quantity FEMA DC Fort Worth 501 W.
