INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought issued for conducting market research and identifying potential sources. Seating - Standard compartmentalized seating (3-point lap and shoulder belts are not required). Accessibility - Standard access (wheelchair lift and ADA-compliant floor plan are not required). Engine Configuration - Open / Flexible. Both Front Engine (FE) and Rear Engine (RE) configurations are acceptable. Climate Control - Dual air conditioning system required. Performance-based requirement: system must effectively cool the cabin while transporting a full load of passengers (no specific BTU rating required). Fuel System - Fuel-agnostic. No specific fuel type mandated. Storage Compartments - No under-body or exterior luggage storage required.
