SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS FOR 86 Airlift Wing Large and Small Conference Room 1. SCOPE OF WORK: 2. 86 Airlift Wing Large Conference Room 2.1. PRODUCT PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION Items must meet the following minimum specifications: 2.1.1. Dimensions. The Contractor shall provide the following items with the following physical dimensions: • One (1) Gooseneck Microphone: 15 inches (307mm) in length. • One (1) Stretched Display: 37-inch diagonal screen (93.98 cm) with the VESA mounting pattern being 400mm x 200mm. • Four (4) Aluminum Floor Channels: 18mm x 125mm cross-section. • One (1) All-in-One LED Display: 130-inch screen size with a 1.5mm pixel pitch. • One (1) KVM Cable Set: 1.8 meters in length. • One (1) Digital Time Zone Clock: 37-inch horizontal display. • Three (3) Status Displays: 10-inch displays. • One (1) Rack Shelf: 1U height, 19-inch width. • One (1) Touch Monitor: 22-inch (54.6 cm) display. 2.1.2. Hardware Requirements. The Contractor shall provide the following items for the Large Conference Room: 1. Eight (8) stand-alone, multi-codec video decoders capable of handling both high- quality, low-latency 4K60 4:4:4 video and low-bandwidth 1080p H.264 video. They are designed for distributing video over congested networks. 2. Three (3) tabletop stands for touch panels that can be adjusted to position the panel at a thirty, forty-five, or sixty-degree angle. 3. One (1) fifteen-inch condenser gooseneck microphone with an integrated LED indicator and remote control capability. 4. One (1) condenser microphone capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern. -- 1 of 8 -- 5. Two (2) universal tilting wall mounts for thirty-seven to seventy-five-inch displays. 6. One (1) multi-purpose I/O peripheral for a Q-SYS system, providing two inputs, two outputs, eight GPIO channels, USB 2.0 connectivity, and a 1 x 8.5 watt amplifier. 7. One (1) power supply accessory capable of supporting up to four Q-SYS I/O units. 8. One (1) rack kit for mounting four Q-SYS I/O units. 9. One (1) thirty-seven-inch stretched digital signage display with a 16:4.5 aspect ratio, 1920x540 resolution, and seven-hundred cd/m² brightness. 10. Three (3) 10.1-inch professional-grade touch panels designed for secure facilities, with the camera, Near Field Communication, and microphone intentionally excluded. 14. Two (2) beamforming microphone arrays with six Dante channels each, designed for conference rooms. They feature onboard digital signal processing for automixing, acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, and automatic gain control, with six individual output channels and up to thirty-two user-defined zones. 15.
