Not Included (To be performed by others): The following items are explicitly excluded from the material supply:  * BAS (Building Automation System) integration.  * Smoke detectors (the unit must provide terminals for connection).  * Airflow monitoring station.  * Vibration isolation rails.  * Mounting hardware, structural steel, and curb fill.  * All power and low-voltage wiring.  * Rigging, installation, and final commissioning.
