This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will
not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be
posted on SAM.gov.

individuals. The government wants operators’ rates to be fully burdened and hours available to work must match
Statement of Work. Failure to submit supplementary summary will be considered non-compliant and will not be
